Kyriakos (KZ) Zannikos is the Regional Director APAC at Redslim, based between Singapore and Athens. Operating at the critical intersection of data, AI, and commercial reality, he helps global FMCG, beauty, retail, and consumer health organizations—including powerhouse brands like Kenvue, L’Oréal, Beam Suntory, and Kellanova—harmonize heavily fragmented market and sales data into a single, decision-ready layer. A serial founder in both hospitality and SaaS, Kyriakos is deeply passionate about establishing robust data foundations that cater to both human decision-makers and advanced AI agents.

Professional Journey & Impact

Kyriakos brings a wealth of global enterprise and entrepreneurial experience. Currently, he is spearheading Redslim’s expansion into the Asia-Pacific region, having recently launched their dedicated Singapore office to bring structure to multi-market data ecosystems. Before joining Redslim, he spent five years as the Founder and CEO of Digital Commerce Intelligence in Singapore. His extensive corporate leadership background includes serving as Regional eCommerce Director (Pacific Asia) and Global Head of Multichannel Marketing at Abbott, as well as holding key Digital Marketing Manager roles across EMEA and MENAP for Johnson & Johnson. Dedicated to continuous learning, he recently completed the "Transforming Your Business with AI" program at INSEAD. Beyond his corporate roles, Kyriakos serves as an Advisor and Growth Officer for ReBorn Homewares. He is also a prominent thought leader, authoring the widely read Data READY newsletter—subscribed to by over 500 executives—and developing the Data READY assessment, a powerful diagnostic tool that shows organizations exactly how prepared their data is for artificial intelligence.
