Registration & Passes
You can register by clicking the "Buy Pass!" or "Register Now" button on our
website. Fill in your details and our team will get back to you with
confirmation and further details about the event.
The pass price covers full access to all keynote sessions, panel discussions,
networking events, and the exhibition floor. Any optional add-ons (workshops,
VIP networking dinners) will be clearly listed separately with no hidden
charges.
Registrations are fully refundable up to 30 days before the event. After that,
passes may be transferred to another attendee. Please contact us at

Speaking & Participation
You can submit your speaker application through the "Apply as a Speaker" page on
our website. Our team reviews all applications and will reach out within 5–7
business days with a decision.

Nominations can be submitted through the Tech X Awards page on our website.
Complete the nomination form with details about the nominee's innovation,
impact, and achievements. All nominations are reviewed by our independent
research team.
Logistics & Preparation
Business casual to formal attire is recommended. For the Tech X Awards ceremony,
we suggest business formal or smart evening wear to match the prestige of the
occasion.
You will receive a digital confirmation and QR code via email after
registration. This can be shown on your phone at the entry point — no need to
print anything. Physical badges will be collected at the registration desk on
the day of the event.
Select keynote sessions will be recorded and made available to registered
attendees after the event. Details on post-event content access will be shared
closer to the summit date.
