Nisha's formidable background spans leadership roles across sales, marketing, operations, and administration within the retail, education, and corporate sectors. In 2018, she founded LPS, an intelligence-led consulting and technology company headquartered in Cyberjaya, Malaysia, with a strategic presence in London and Dubai. Under her leadership, LPS has grown exponentially from its roots in B2B digital marketing into a premier strategic partner structured across six interconnected pillars: Brand, AI, Digital, Growth, Cyber, and Business Intelligence. Her impactful work has been represented on elite international stages, including the AI for Developing Countries Forum at the Palais des Nations in Geneva. Dedicated to continuous mastery, Nisha is a Certified AI Transformation Leader (CAITL) and Certified Artificial Intelligence Consultant (CAIC) with the United States Artificial Intelligence Institute. She is also currently pursuing a Master of Business Analytics at Sunway University and a Certificate in Cybersecurity from the National University of Singapore.
