With over two decades of elite experience across the technology, energy, and consumer industries, Prasad has successfully built eight robust companies spanning two continents—the United States and India. Armed with a BE in Production Engineering and an MS in Computer Engineering from Quinnipiac University, he combines a deep technical foundation with sharp business acumen. Throughout his expansive 21-year career, he has remained dedicated to a people-first leadership philosophy, proving that the best technology is fundamentally about understanding and delivering what people actually need.

Professional Journey & Impact

Prasad’s journey began in 1999 in software development, writing code and building enterprise web platforms for major organizations like Unilever, ExecuNet, and Ryders Health Management. During his flagship technical tenure at Moore Medical (which successfully merged into McKesson Corporation), he built and managed an e-commerce platform that notably drove $28.5 million in revenue. In 2004, Prasad pivoted to enterprise-building, launching Maganti IT Resources in Waterbury, Connecticut as a full-service IT consulting and staffing firm. He rapidly expanded his global footprint by launching multi-sector operations in India, including Maganti IT Solutions and M.B.R. Consumer Services, seamlessly bridging the U.S. and Indian markets. Today, his massive portfolio—supported by the holding company Maganti Group, LLC—spans IT, agriculture, retail, energy, and consumer services. Beyond his corporate achievements, Prasad is a dedicated mentor who actively supports early-career technologists and aspiring entrepreneurs navigating the global market.
